This packable wound trainer gives the users a simulator to train on haemorrhage control. The wounds and bleeding tubes provide visual feedback when the correct pressure is applied using haemostatic agents. This trainer is also great to learn how to use tourniquets.
The skin safe, prosthetic grade, platinum silicone thigh size packing trainer is robust, washable & reusable. The trainer has 2 built-in separate wounds with bleeding tubes; a superficial scrape wound to the front surface, and a gun shot entry and exit wound which is a deep wound with the internal cavity of a tennis ball. The oval scrape wound is approximately 10cm long, 7cm wide and 1cm deep at its centre.
Due to the handmade nature of SIMBODIES and associated products, they can vary slightly from the advertised product. We recommend using Trauma FX floor blood concentrate mixed with water to simulate blood.
