Simsleeves are made out of a 'rip resistant' full silicone sleeve that can be pulled onto a limb or torso to simulate major injury, an ideal solution for a quick, reusable casualty simulation effect. The wounds are built into the sleeves, coloured and textured, all that is needed is fresh blood effects.
The edges of the sleeves are made as invisible as possible and can easily be hidden in the edge of a sock, under cuffs or under other clothing.
These elastic sleeves can be easily cleaned with water and reused. To guarantee durability, we recommend that you dry the sleeve thoroughly after use and powder it with talcum powder.
